The board is mission control. Instead of babysitting terminals, you manage work as cards and let ForgeDeck wire up the agent.

The lifecycle

Todo → Running → In Review / Needs Input → Merged / Done
  • Todo — a task you've described (title, notes, optionally an owned file scope).

  • Running — drag here and ForgeDeck spins a worktree and launches the chosen agent.

  • In Review / Needs Input — the agent finished or paused; review the diff or answer a prompt.

  • Merged / Done — changes merged back; the worktree is cleaned up.

The flow

  1. Add a task and point it at a repo.

  2. Pick an agent profile.

  3. Run — watch live output in the task-pinned pane.

  4. Approve — review the diff and merge.

Tasks carry their context across sessions, so you can close ForgeDeck and re-attach later right where the agent left off.
